What should we bring on the day?2020-05-04T23:08:02+00:00

All you need is yourself to enjoy this day – and we’ll take care of the rest.

However, we would make a few suggestions so you could really get the most out of your day.
Camera – (or just your phone) as there will be some GREAT photo opportunities
Warm Jacket – (weather dependent) as it can get quite cold down in Gippsland

Do we need to bring money on the day?2020-05-04T23:11:49+00:00

No – but we would recommend bringing just a little.
What you pay to come on the tour covers all inclusions – including food tastings.
We don’t include a set lunch, however there are at least 6 tastings throughout the day – which should keep you well fed.
However, you are welcome to buy your own food throughout the day, and there will be time to do this.

We also recommend bringing some extra money with you, as there will be ample time to make purchases at many of Gippsland best shopping locations.

How much food is included on the day?2020-06-24T06:20:47+00:00

We will provide the following tastings throughout the day

  • Coffee or Hot Chocolate
  • Scones & Savory Sausage Rolls
  • Meat and Antipasto Platter
  • Handmade Cheeses
  • Wine Tasting
  • Craft Beer Paddle

There will be plenty of time to buy your own food should you wish.

Please inform us should you have any allergies, and we’ll do our best to make a swap for you.

Do you cater for food allergies?2020-05-04T23:16:48+00:00

Yes. We can adhere to any food allergies that are made known to us BEFORE the day of tour.
There may be some foods that you are unable to eat, however, we will do our best to arrange a similar substitute.

The good news is, we don’t force you to eat any particular food, so the decision to do so lies with you.

What is included on your buses?2020-05-04T23:19:00+00:00

All our buses come equipped with the standard amenities that you expect on any luxury bus. This being air conditioning and heating, seat belts, a qualified and experienced driver and all safety equipment.
On top of this, we can also include the following:
Complementary WiFi, Complementary Water, TV system, PA system, Music Playlists, Storage Bins & Racks, and charging ports.

How many people will be on tour with me?2020-06-24T06:23:32+00:00

We don’t like to travel with massive group sizes – as we feel like this detracts from the experience.
As such, our group sizes range from between 8 – 20 people, on any given tour.

What happens if it’s raining?2020-05-04T23:22:28+00:00

Gippsland is prone to some wet weather from time to time – but this doesn’t detract from our fun!
Our tours go ahead, rain, hail or shine. We spend a lot of time inside, in different cafe’s, farms houses etc. so there is plenty of time to keep dry.
However, if you wanted to go out and enjoy Gippsland in the rain (where a good photo or two can definitely come of it) we suggest a good pair of water proof shoes, and a rain jacket.

Is there room for me if I buy things to take home?2020-05-04T23:29:41+00:00

YES! Of course – we encourage this.
We provide everyone with their own Gourmet Gippsland Tote Shopping Bag, that you can fill to your hearts content.
We will also have room below the bus for additional storage AND an esky on board for those wanting to buy cold products.

What if we can’t travel?2020-06-24T06:29:56+00:00

If, for some reason WE cannot continue with the tour (lack of numbers, situations out of our control) then we will provide you with a full refund of the tour cost.
If YOU can no longer travel, then we will provide a full refund up until 7 days prior to the tour.
Between 6 Days and 48 hours prior, we will offer you a credit for a future tour OR 50% refund.
Should you cancel under 48 hours prior to the tour, then no refund can be given.
