We have a maximum of x20 travellers able to travel with us on this day. 

Cancellation & Refunds
If we must cancel a tour ( ie. covid restrictions, lack of numbers) then you will be provided with the option for a:

  • Full Refund
  • Full Tour Credit
  • Transfer of Tour Date

If you cancel a tour, the following conditions apply:

  • 61+ Days- Full Credit Provided
  • Within 60 Days – No Refund or Credit Provided

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes either before or on the day to the itinerary that we deem necessary to ensure both passenger safety & enjoyment, and to ensure the tour is able to proceed. This includes, but not limited to, changes required to be made due to situations out of our control and changes that need to be made due to closure or unavailability of venues.

This is what you’ve come here for – we know! And we know the fear, concern, and apprehension around purchasing tickets for such a big event like this – which is why we are here to put your mind at ease.
We have reserved your tickets in the GA Standing Area for this Show – so you’ll be right there in the action!

Your Lunch
We treat you to a Buffet Lunch Prior to the show – where you’ll have a chance to kick back, relax, and refuel before your night of fun.
Don’t worry, we won’t be late to the show – but we want to ensure you are spending the next 3-4 hours on an empty stomach either.
Eat as little or as much as you like here, at the ever popular Crown Kitchen Workshop. 

Your Journey
We always say that the journey with us is half the fun – and today is no exception.
Jump on board with us at one of our pre-designated locations, and from there, the fun begins.
Enjoy a complementary drink on us, sing along to some of the classics, and meet your fellow Robbie-Fans as we make our way into the city.
The best thing about this – is that when the night is over, and the show is done, and everyone else is scrambling for taxis and trains, you will simply walk back up onto the bus parked right out front the venue – and its off we go!

We used to provide your your tickets at the time of booking, however, in order to reduce scalping Ticketek doesn’t provide early release tickets anymore.

As such, we provide these to you on the day of the show, so you can rest assured your Robbie Williams Melbourne concert tickets will be well-kept and looked after.

Before the Robbie Williams Melbourne show, we provide you will a delicious dinner at the Crown Kitchen Workshop, with unlimited Soft Drink and Food whilst here. 

Yes of course – we can cater for all common allergies & dietary requests.
All we ask is that you let us know of these upon booking so we can ensure we have time to prepare.

Here is all you need to know in regards to Covid and Touring with us.

  • We will do ALL we can to still travel – we want to tour, you want to tour, we all want to tour.
  • If we need to cancel your tour due to Covid restrictions in place, we will offer you a FULL REFUND or the ability to select another date for travel.
  • Vaccinations are currently not mandatory to board our bus, however we accept no responsibility should you be refused access from a certain location due to this.
    ALL our staff are double-dosed.
  • We santisie our buses after every use, and ensure that  proper cleaning procedures are followedIf you have any other concerns, please just ask.

For the Robbie Williams Melbourne concert, all you need is yourself – we’ll take care of the rest!

Payment is due at the time of booking in order to confirm your Robbie Williams Melbourne concert ticket.

We don’t like to include any hidden fees or hidden additional charges on the day.
The price you see here is all that you need to pay.

This very rarely happens – and would be due to some unforeseen circumstance that would most likely have effected the entire show.

However if we, for some reason, can’t travel on the day then we will offer you a choice of the following…

  • Full Refund
  • Full Tour Credit
  • Transfer of Tour Date

Note: this is assuming we are able to get our full refunds back from our providers (which is the norm in this situation).

Unfortunately, the Robbie Williams Melbourne tickets are not refundable- however, they can be transferred onto someone else.
We suggest if you can’t go, you try and find someone else to take your place – we MUST be notified of this.

Let us know in time, and we may be able to find someone to take your place, in which point, you will be fully refunded.
